Benjamin J. Adkins is a Certified Professional Agile Coach and leadership strategist who helps individuals and organizations build clarity, self-management, and alignment in the midst of change. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in program management, customer success, and executive coaching, he works with leaders across Fortune 500 companies, school districts, and city organizations to strengthen their ability to think systemically and act with purpose.
Benjamin’s leadership philosophy centers on inquiry over control. He helps leaders pause long enough to see the full system—people, process, and possibility—and guides them to make decisions that move all three forward.
